AIM
To enable participants to become more committed to, and involved in, the innovation process so that it achieves substantive outcomes for the organization

OBJECTIVES
By the end of this workshop participants will have enhanced their:

• Understanding of the overall innovation process and how to make it work
• Ability to use reliable techniques to stimulate creativity
• Confidence and enthusiasm for fulfilling roles other than creative thinking that use their
  personal strengths and make a valuable contribution to the overall process of innovation for results
• Ability to participate in innovative teams

PROCESS
This highly participative workshop will give participants first-hand experience of creative techniques, help them identify their own strengths within a practical framework of innovation and allow them to make progress on real work issues.
